Review integrity and corrections

Reviews can help you compare customer experience. They cannot tell you which debt option to choose.

Our sources and checks

We read the exact Trustpilot company profile and record its address, score, count and checked date. We check that the profile matches the company and note where reviews cover several services. We do not copy review text or claim to authenticate every reviewer. We consider the review publisher’s checks and warnings, and investigate credible concerns.

Refreshing scores

Our editorial lead is responsible for checking each source at least every 30 days. We keep previous source records in our change history. A score older than 30 days, a mismatched profile or a score under investigation is shown as unavailable until checked. Missing ratings do not become zero ratings. Available ratings sort first; payment does not change the order.

Report a problem

Email help@ivasandbankruptcy.co.uk with the company, source link and concern. Please leave out private debt or court details. The site operator’s editorial lead handles these reports, aims to acknowledge them within two working days and explain the outcome within ten working days. If more time is needed, we explain why.

For credible manipulation concerns, we pause the score while checking the source and available evidence. We correct, qualify or remove misleading information, record what changed and why, and tell the reporter the outcome. Companies can report errors through the same process; payment does not influence the decision.

Limits

This is a selected directory, not the whole market. A company review may cover several services and different periods. A high score does not prove regulatory permission, an insolvency practitioner’s licence or a successful IVA outcome. Our provider pages distinguish official checks, company statements and missing evidence.
